A2 Do I need to pay for Google Sheets?
No. A free Google account is enough. If you'd rather stay in Microsoft Excel, every purchase includes an .xlsx file too — you're never picking one or the other.
B3 How do I actually get my copy?
You get a PDF with a view-only Google Sheets link. Open it, choose File → Make a copy, and the copy lands in your own Drive. It's yours forever, it's private to your account, and you can't accidentally break the master.
C4 Can you see what I type into it?
No. Your copy lives in your Drive under your account. I have no access to it and no way to see a single number in it. That's a property of how Google Sheets copies work, not a promise I'm asking you to trust.
D5 Does it work on my phone?
Yes — that's why none of these use checkboxes. Every template is driven by typing a mark, a number or picking from a dropdown, all of which work in the Google Sheets mobile app.
E6 Do I have to install an add-on or approve a script?
Never. No add-ons, no Apps Script, no permission prompts. Everything is ordinary spreadsheet formulas — which is also why they keep working when Google changes something.
F7 What if a formula breaks or I find a mistake?
Email me and I'll fix it, then send you the corrected file. Every template is generated from source code, so a fix is a real fix rather than a patched-up cell.
G8 Can I get a refund?
Instant digital downloads generally can't be returned once delivered — but if something doesn't work, message me before asking for a refund and I will sort it out. I'd rather fix the template.
H9 Can I resell or share the file?
No — these are for personal use. Please don't redistribute the file or sell it on. Using it for your own household or your own small business is absolutely fine.
I10 Will you build the one I need?
Maybe. There are dozens already planned on the pipeline page, and the order genuinely moves based on what people ask for. If yours isn't listed, tell me anyway.
J11 Why do the templates all look so different from each other?
On purpose. Each one is built to suit what it does rather than to match a house style. The only thing they share is how carefully they're checked.
